About the event
It’s time to redefine ‘peak’ performance. A narrow focus on driving sales during the spending frenzy of Q4 won’t secure the long-term, sustainable customer connections your organisation needs to adapt to a turbulent economy and a challenging marketing landscape.
Launch’s October event makes space for CMOs to reimagine ‘peak’ into a state of being for their marketing efforts, and identify the framework needed to make this possible.
Many years of client collaboration have left us in no doubt that measurement is the foundation of success at every stage of the funnel. So we’ll be hosting Google’s Shruti Maheshwari for a keynote speech on the future of measurement. Plus our panel debates: is ROAS dead? What are the metrics which really matter? (Think: communicating the value of brand awareness to the board).
We’ll also delve into the other key pillars of marketing effectiveness: experimentation and creative, with a programme featuring marketing experts from brands and tech partners like Green People Organic Skincare and The Natural Adventure and ASK BOSCO®.
CMOs will leave empowered to adopt a new kind of peak performance, where an agile marketing approach reacts to customer insights and where experimentation and adaptation help us shape a meaningful customer journey that converts into long-term brand loyalty.

Shruti Maheshwari: Regional Product Lead – Privacy Centric Measurement, Google
Navigating Measurement during Peak
In this not-to-be-missed keynote, Shruti Maheshwari will take us through some of the most important factors in the current measurement and privacy landscape.
As AI-driven advertising continues to rise, concerns about online privacy are becoming more prevalent. Shruti looks at the implications of privacy changes on conversion measurement, and what this says about the importance of maintaining high data quality. What advanced steps should your data strategy take to prepare for busy seasons and deliberate shoppers? How do you set up a robust measurement foundation that will stand the test of time? What should your teams be doing to take full advantage of Google’s suite of tools?
Don’t miss this opportunity to stay ahead of the curve and navigate the evolving landscape of measurement and privacy with confidence.

The future of measurement: Unlocking the power of first-party data and AI with Google Ads
Join Ian Lewis as he lifts the lid on what successful businesses really need to get the most out of their data and measurement setup.
In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, businesses need more than just data; they need actionable insights to drive successful campaigns. But where do these insights come from, and how? That’s the power of integrating first-party data with Google Ads – by leveraging this, companies can achieve a significant competitive advantage.
This talk will explore how to collect, analyse, and effectively use first-party data to optimise your Google Ads strategy, ensuring you reach the right audience with the right message.

From insight to impact: How creative experimentation drives sustainable growth
What makes a great creative? It’s a question that every CMO grapples with, but the truth is, there’s no one-size-fits-all answer—because only your customer truly knows. In this session, Becky and Joe will reveal how leading brands are moving beyond ‘good enough’ creative by embracing a dynamic approach that combines genuine customer insights with relentless experimentation.
Performance creative isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s about gathering deep human insights, crafting authentic messages that resonate, and continuously iterating based on real-time feedback. This talk will dive into the strategies and techniques that ensure your creative not only stands out but also drives measurable growth and customer satisfaction.
Join Joe and Becky to explore our frameworks, real-world case studies, and actionable strategies that will equip you to lead your brand into the future of creative excellence. Discover why the most successful CMOs are those who can seamlessly integrate creative vision with data-driven experimentation—and why you should start today.

Reevaluating performance marketing: a fireside chat (title TBC)
What does effective marketing look like in 2024? How can we embrace mental availability to gain a deeper understanding of what works well for the long term, and what should we avoid?
Join Amy and Danny in their ‘fireside chat’ as they tackle some key concepts in performance marketing – including the dangers of siloed working, full funnel marketing, and the metrics that really matter. They’ll look closely at the concept of brand versus non-brand, and why a CFO’s approach of bottom-of-funnel efficiency needs a fresh perspective to make the biggest gains.
So – grab your ticket, bring your CFO (they’ll want to hear this), and strap in.
Jaye Cowle, Managing Director, Launch
Event & Panel Host
Launch’s Founder and Managing Director, Jaye is on a mission to make Launch the happiest performance marketing agency in the world! As our resident event host, she’ll also head up the panel discussion summarising key themes from the event.
In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, there is no one ‘unified’ platform for data. Marketers are faced with an increasingly complex set of solutions, all vying to be the ‘single source of truth’.
What are the challenges (and opportunities) of data-driven marketing, and how can marketers effectively navigate this intricate environment? How can customers be kept at the heart of your strategy with this much information? How do you measure effective creative? Is ROAS dead?
These are some of the questions posed by Jaye in this expert panel – made up of leading brands across ecommerce, travel and lead generation – as they discuss strategies for growth in a world where data points conflict and create confusion.
The event has been incredibly useful and informative – I’ve got to listen to some amazing speakers from different companies and platforms.
Who is this event for?
Covering a wealth of marketing principles, this event is ideal for CMOs, Marketing Directors, and senior marketers seeking strategic insights and actionable tactics to bring back to their teams.
Join us in October to equip yourself with the knowledge and tools you need – not only to navigate the challenges of today, but to prepare for a successful future.
